I'm a member of Heritage Quilters of Fresno. Our quilt guild commissioned Ramsess to teach us his technique of portrait quilting. I immediately knew that I wanted to make a portrait quilt of my mother. My mother is so expressive and I love her attitude! While I was quilting my piece, I decided to quilt words into the quilt that describes her.
